     If you have storm windows, you will need to count those separately from your regular windows. Simply add up the total number of storm windows and then use the examples below to count up the rest of your glass. Also, be sure to count up the total number of screens that you have and list those separately as well.

Here are examples of the most common windows and how to count them:

  • Standard Windows & French Style Window / True Divided:

     French or French Style windows are those windows that are divided into small panes of glass. Some French windows are “true divided” which means that each pane is divided by a piece of wood or metal molding.

* If the dividers are in between the glass. (you can not touch them) then count the window as a standard window (see above image).*

COUNT HOW MANY FRENCH PANES ARE IN EACH WINDOW (normally there is 12-18 panes per window):

     ** For example, if you had 10 windows with the same number of panes per window, you would list as follows: 10 windows with 12 panes each. You may find that they are not all the same. If that's the case, then you would list each style. For example: 8 windows with 18 panes and 2 windows with 12 panes.

     We provide streak-free, spotless, hand-cleaning of all windows, use the latest equipment available and biodegradable soap for the protection of our environment. All ladders are heavily padded to prevent damage to your home. We are fully insured, licensed and bonded.

     If we see anything that may possibly become a problem for you in the future, we will make you aware of it. Examples: leaks of any sort, rotting wood around windows and/or window sills and thermal paned windows that may be developing a film between the glass.

     “Hand washing” a window requires the window cleaner to climb up a ladder to each individual window. He then scrubs it (and scrapes, if needed), squeegees it and then dries the edges of the window with a towel. Lastly, he takes a damp towel and wipes down the outside window ledge.

     “Water-fed pole washing” means a window cleaner sprays the window with a hose from the ground below. He then scrubs the window with a brush on a long extension pole, and rinses the window once more. The water continues to drip down the glass, water spots are left and dirt in the air ends up back on your windows as the water dries. This process does not remove paint overspray or any sort of debris that may be on your windows.

     As we wash your windows, we remove, wipe down and replace each screen. We also wipe all window ledges (inside and out) at no extra charge.

     If you have paint overspray, bug droppings, dirt build-up, etc. we will scrape the window to ensure your windows are as clean as they possibly can be.

     Crystal chandeliers can brilliantly showcase your home, bedazzle the eye, and add sparkle and style - unless they're dusty. We recommend a thorough cleaning at least once a year to keep your chandelier sparkling and brilliant!

     How do you clean your mirrors? Like most people, you probably use a window cleaning product and a rag. The end result is usually streaks and smudges. Don't just smear the dirt around. Let us clean your mirrors for a truly clear reflection! No smudges, no streaks!

     Do you have exterior lights that need to be cleaned and require a ladder to reach? Let us hand wash them for a truly brilliant result.

     We hand wash all interior skylights. Exterior skylights are also hand washed, unless they are extremely difficult to reach. In those rare instances, we spray the skylight with a cleaner, scrub them and wash off for a brilliant shine.
